Optical Microscope

This is an Axio Observer Z1m inverted optical microscope used for materials microscopy. The microscope offers all relevant methods in transmitted and reflected light: bright field, dark field, polarization, DIC and C-DIC in reflected light. Special Image analysis modules such as Grain Size, Multiphase and Non-metallic inclusion are available along with the general analysis software.
